Sparkling Box

€60,00 Regular price €70,00

For the festive season, we have imagined a box as radiant as it is sparkling: an invitation to celebrate Christmas with freshness, finesse, and a delicately sweet-savory Provençal touch. To give as a gift, to share, or to open the moment the table starts to sparkle.

This set brings together:

  • 1 bottle of Impatients White 2024
  • 1 bottle of Antoinette 2024
  • 1 jar of white grape jam
  • 1 green olive oil (20 cl)

Products that make the table shine

  • Impatients White 2024 brings bright freshness and lovely luminous fruit, perfect for starting the festivities with lightness.
  • Antoinette 2024, our alcohol-free white sparkling wine, reveals delicate freshness with notes of citrus and white flowers: a refined alternative so everyone can toast in their own way.
  • The white grape jam offers subtle sweetness, ideal for creating beautiful sweet-savory pairings.
  • The green olive oil rounds out the set with fresh, vegetal notes—a gourmet nod to the Mediterranean.

Our festive food & wine pairings

Impatients White 2024 pairs wonderfully with:

  • seafood and briny apéritifs

  • smoked salmon and its accompaniments

  • fresh cheeses (goat’s cheese, faisselle), enhanced with a drizzle of Fontenille green olive oil

Antoinette 2024 is the perfect match for:

  • festive poultry and delicate sides

  • seared scallops

  • foie gras elevated by a touch of white grape jam, for a chic sweet-savory pairing

A joyful and refined gift set, designed to make the apéritif sparkle and brighten Christmas meals, in the true Fontenille spirit: conviviality, terroir, and indulgence

The harvest takes place in the cool of the morning, on a plot located at the foot of the Petit Luberon. After total destemming, direct pressing allows for a rapid and precise separation between press juice and free-run juice. A static cold settling of at least 48 hours is carried out before each grape variety begins its individual fermentation in stainless steel tanks, for a minimum period of three weeks at low temperature.

Sulfites: These wines contain sulfites in very limited quantities, less than 30mg/L.

Bottling: These wines are produced and bottled in the heart of the Luberon at our Domaine in Lauris.

Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health; consume in moderation. Consuming alcoholic beverages during pregnancy, even in small amounts, can have serious consequences for the child's health.

FAQs

Do your wines contain sulfites?

Our wines contain sulfites, which are naturally present in wine to protect against oxidation and help ensure the good stability of our wines. The amount of sulfites present in our wines is nevertheless very limited, remaining less than 30mg/L on each of our wines, when the legal framework authorizes the presence of sulfites up to 200mg/L. Our wines therefore do not give headaches to people sensitive to this molecule.

Are your wines organic?

Yes, we are very proud to claim our organic farming certification for over 10 years. The transition of our vines was initiated by Frédérique Biousse and Guillaume Foucher following their acquisition of Domaine de Fontenille in 2013 and was carried out smoothly because the older generations of Fontenille winegrowers were already kind to their land.

Do you produce sweet wines?

We do not produce sweet or liqueur wines at Domaine de Fontenille. The wine profiles are rather dry and taut, in keeping with the expression of our limestone and mineral terroir.

Do you produce varietal wines?

We have chosen to focus on the history of the appellation. We believe that respecting the region's tradition of blending several grape varieties is the path to follow. This brings complexity to our wines for the greatest pleasure of your taste buds.
