Through this workshop, discover the main principles of tasting and how to understand wines. After a presentation of the AOP Luberon, you will learn step by step how to use your senses to recognize the different aromas of the wine and how to choose it according to the dish offered!

- Learn tasting vocabulary: visual, nose, mouth
- Learn the main grape varieties
- Learn to choose the right wine and define your tastes
- Taste and analyze 7 wines including 3 blind
