Pricing
- Prices are stated in euros, either exclusive of tax (“ex‑VAT”) or inclusive of all taxes (“inc‑VAT”).
- They reflect any discounts granted by the Seller under the conditions set out on the Website or in the quotation.
- These prices are firm and non‑revisable for the duration of their validity period, as shown on the Website or quotation. Outside that period, the Seller may change prices at any time.
- Prices include the VAT rate in force on the Order date. Any change in that rate will be automatically reflected in the prices billed. The same applies to any change or introduction of new taxes imposed by the competent authorities.
- Unless otherwise specified on the Website or quotation, delivery—available only within mainland France (excluding Corsica and the overseas départements and territories)—is not included in the Product price; its cost is displayed separately when the Order is confirmed.
- Any order delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties levied when the parcel reaches its destination. These taxes and duties are the Customer’s responsibility. The Seller is not obliged to check or inform the Customer of applicable customs charges; the Customer should enquire with the competent authorities of their country.
- For deliveries to the United States of America, the recipient must be over 21 years old and must present proof of identity upon delivery.
Payment
- Unless special terms apply, the Customer must either provide credit‑card details or use a secure payment link to pay 100 % of the Order amount at the time of ordering.
- Online payment methods available on the Website may include the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
- Payment data are encrypted using the SSL protocol.
- An electronic invoice will be sent to the e‑mail address provided by the Customer. If the Customer wishes to receive a paper invoice, they must expressly request it from the Seller.
- The Seller reserves the right to invoice any additional costs arising from special requests or particular circumstances related to the Order.
