Nestled between the Landes forest and the ocean, 70 Hectares... & l'Océan invites you to slow down for two nights. A getaway under the pine trees, between the calm of nature and a gourmet awakening in the heart of Seignosse.
This box includes:
- two nights in a Classic Room with balcony
- gourmet breakfasts
Reservation required subject to availability, excluding the closing period (November 1st to March 26th) and during high season (July 1st to August 31st inclusive).

Terms of Use
Your gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It can only be used at
70 Hectares... & l'Océan.
If the amount of your service exceeds that of the gift voucher, you can pay the difference with another payment method. However, if the amount of your service is less than that of the gift voucher, no refund will be issued for the difference.
Postal Delivery
Please allow 5 working days for postal delivery of the gift pouch. To be selected at the time of payment.
